American flags were stolen from Windsor Terrace homes--two from Sherman Street and six from 10th Avenue--at about 6:00 a.m. on Independence Day. The flags were taken from poles that were attached to the fronts of the houses.
The thief, who is seen arriving by bicycle, is white, male, and in his thirties. He was wearing blue denim shorts, had a bandanna on his head, and had two back packs on his back.
