ELIMINATING DANGEROUS TRAFFIC CONDITIONS ON CATON AVENUE

Vision Zero Task Force Meeting
Wednesday, September 3rd, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

People who walk, bike, and/or drive on Caton Avenue have knowledge and insight that are crucial to the success of Community Board 7's Vision Zero Task Force--the committee whose goal is to promote vehicular and pedestrian safety in our neighborhood.

At its second meeting since its creation, the committee will focus on safety issues on 3rd Avenue and on Caton Avenue. The public is invited to attend and participate.

The committee is working to further the mission of the city's Vision Zero Action Plan by addressing problems that are specific to the neighborhoods within Community Board 7.

Vision Zero's three-pronged plan of enforcement, education, and engineering is designed to put an end to the city's pedestrian and cyclist traffic fatalities within the next ten years.
