About Susan Braverman
Susan Braverman is a Horticultural Therapist Master and founder of Urban
Oasis, a rehab program that includes an inner city farm, two
greenhouses and a farmers market. In a partnership between the nonprofit
GreenWorks Team and Brooklyn Public Library, she has worked with
neighborhood residents and people with disabilities on community
gardening projects.
